Meet the Staff

Dr. Dov Lisner received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University in 1985. He has been practicing at his current Commerce Township location for nearly fifteen years. He offers a wide array of services, from vaccinations and routine physicals to in-house bloodwork, ultrasounds, and surgical procedures. Dr. Lisner's own pets include a cat and a Boston Terrier.

Lorena
has worked as Lisner Animal Hospital's head
veterinary technician for nearly ten years. A familiar face to most of
our clients, Lorena does it all, including administering vaccinations,
assisting Dr. Lisner with procedures and exams, filling prescriptions,
fielding medical questions, and more.
Susan
(in the white) has been Lisner Animal Hospital's head
receptionist for nearly twelve years. From appointment scheduling and
boarding reservations to questions about heartworm medications and
vaccinations, Susan is happy to assist you in any way she can.
Sue (in the blue) has worked as an LAH
receptionist and veterinary assistant for over two years. Sue helps out
wherever she can, answering phones, walking dogs, assisting in the lab,
and more.

Debbie has worked as an LAH
receptionist and veterinary assistant for five years. A true "jack
of all trades," Debbie works in the front office, assists in the lab,
answers phones, and cares
for our boarding dogs and cats, as well as many other duties.

Simona
has worked as Dr. Lisner's surgical and lab assistant for over ten
years. While assisting Dr. Lisner with surgeries and procedures, Simona
doses medications and monitors our four-legged patients. She also gives
baths, walks dogs, and assists with x-rays and ultrasounds.
